Brown corundumabrasive muaj ntau yam kev siv thiab tsim nyog rau kev lag luam, metallurgy, machinery thiab tshuaj industries. Lub ntsiab feem ntawmxim av corundumabrasive yog alumina, uas muaj cov yam ntxwv ntawm kev ntxhib los mos, zoo crystallization, nruab nrab hardness thiab siab toughness. Yog li koj puas paub cov hau kev thiab qhov zoo ntawm cov xim av corundum abrasive recycling?
Txoj kev rov qab los ntawm xim av corundum
1. Muab cov crushed xim av corundum pov tseg nyob rau hauv lub tov khoom, ntxiv ib tug tsim nyog cov dej rau lub tov khoom kom cov xim av corundum nyob rau hauv ib tug ntub lub xeev, thiab tiv thaiv kom tsis txhob kub thiab kub los ntawm kub heev thaum lub sij hawm sib tov, uas yuav ua rau kev puas tsuaj. mus rau cov khoom siv.
2. Cov khoom siv xim av corundum tuaj yeem cais cov impurities lossis cov khoom sib txawv ntawm cov khoom sib txawv thaum lub sijhawm nplawm kom tau txais cov khoom siv xim av corundum.
3. Cov khoom sib cais xim av corundum yog ntxuav nrog dej kom tshem tawm impurities, thiab tom qab ntawd qhuav, sieved thiab lwm cov kauj ruam kom paub qhov txawv qhov zoo.
4. Thaum kawg, cov khoom siv xim av corundum abrasive yog raug sib nqus sib nqus kom tshem tawm cov hlau, thiab cov hlau hauv nws raug tshuaj xyuas.
Qhov zoo ntawm cov xim av corundum rov qab txoj kev
1. Txoj kev sib txhuam ntawm lub cev ntshiab thiab kev sib tsoo sib tsoo hloov cov kauj ruam dhau los ntawm kev xaiv thiab kev sib cais, uas tuaj yeem txo cov tiam thiab tso dej pov tseg thiab txo cov pa phem thib ob.
2. Qhov saum npoo ntawm lub cev zoo li xim av corundum abrasive tsis muaj cov kua qaub ions. Qhov zoo yog zoo dua li cov khoom siv xim av corundum zoo los ntawm pickling.
3. Tom qab cov xim av corundum rov qab los, nws tuaj yeem rov ua dua tom qab nag lossis daus nrog cov kauj ruam tu yooj yim, uas tsis tsuas yog tsis muaj kuab paug, tab sis kuj txuag cov peev txheej thiab txo cov nqi.
Kev siv cov khoom siv xim av corundum yog qhov tseem ceeb hauv kev lag luam, yog li nws kuj tseem muaj txiaj ntsig zoo kom rov qab tau xim av corundum rau kev rov ua dua tshiab hauv kev lag luam. Nws tuaj yeem tsis tsuas yog txhim kho kev siv cov xim av corundum abrasive, tab sis kuj txuag tus nqi ntawm kev lag luam, txhim kho kev siv tus nqi ntawm cov peev txheej, thiab txo cov kev lag luam siab. Nws tuaj yeem piav raws li kev ua yeeb yam.
